Sudden cardiac arrest happens--more than we like to think. Even with the best EMS response, cardiac arrest survival rates drop by 10% for every minute defibrillation is delayed.  An AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is a device that analyzes and looks for shockable heart rhythms, advises the rescuer of the need for defibrillation and delivers a shock if needed.  Is your workplace prepared with an AED?  Contact Sarah McPherson @ 205-758-3608 for sales of  Cardiac Science, Philips Heartstart, and Zoll  AED's. When you purchase through the West Alabama Chapter ARC, we train your staff for free on your AED.
